Poster Presentation Requirements
- Authors will be notified if their papers are selected for this conference by8th August, 2024.
- Authors of papers selected for presentation in poster sessions must prepare a poster.
- Posters must be size A1 (594 x 841 mm or 23,4 x 33,1 pol), written vertically.
- All posters should usethe following template
PowerPoint Presentation Requirements
- Authors will be notified if their papers are selected for this presentation by8th August, 2024.
- Authors have eight(8) minutes to present their paper, using a maximum of twelve (12) PowerPoint slides (including the introductory slide).
- All PowerPointshould use the following template
Conference Paper Submission Requirements
- Maximum paper length is six (6) pages.
- Submission is exclusively online through the designated submission and review site.
- The submission site link will be available on the IEEE DCTS Conference website home pages starting from 1stApril, 2024.
- Deadline for paper submission: 30thJune, 2024.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email between 1st– 8th August 2024.

ABOUT THE POSTER
There is no template for poster sessions, however, each poster should have the unified size with a width of 58 cm and height of 78 cm, vertical.
For all poster presentation, please upload your poster to the website: https://evt.miting.net.cn/evt/p/event/631399 before Oct. 16, 2024; we will print and post them for you. If you submit them later than Oct. 16, 2024, please print and post them by yourself at the conference.

15th July 2024 – Full paper submission deadline
1st – 8th August 2024 – The week the authors will be notified via email if papers were accepted or rejected
19th – 20th October 2024 – Conference period
